Eclosion de Bébé Pieuvres en Gros Plans

Dans cette vidéo, un chercheur a pu filmer l’éclosion simultanée de milliers de bébés pieuvres. Des images rares et exceptionnelles. Il est impressionnant de voir que les bébés pieuvres naissent complètement formés et sont de réels modèles réduits des pieuvres adultes.

Le terme pieuvre est un nom vernaculaire désignant en français certains céphalopodes benthiques du super-ordre Incrimina (en anglais l’équivalent du nom pieuvre le plus employé est Octopus).
On distingue les pieuvres au sein des céphalopodes, par leurs huit bras ainsi qu’une intelligence très développée. Son corps est entièrement mou mis à part un bec, qui ressemble d’une certaine manière à celui des perroquets.
