Les boissons énergisantes contiennent de l’aspartame aux effets néfastes, neurotoxiques, métaboliques, allergénique, fœtaux et cancérigènes. Une seule canette de Red Bull peut augmenter votre risque de crise cardiaque ou d’AVC, quel que soit votre âge.

Interdiction des boissons énergisantes dans certains pays

Les boissons énergisantes affectent la fonction des vaisseaux sanguins et augmentent le risque de coagulation du sang. Évitez définitivement ces boissons si vous avez l’un des symptômes suivants :

Hypertension
Syndrome de fatigue chronique
Stress
Sensibilité à la caféine
Maladie cardiovasculaire
Trouble de la coagulation du sang

Les femmes enceintes et les mères allaitantes devraient également éviter de boire du Red Bull. Le chercheur Scott Willoughby explique que cette boisson peut être mortelle lorsque consommée par des personnes à la pression artérielle élevée ou souffrant de stress, car elle peut affecter le bon fonctionnement des vaisseaux sanguins et augmenter le risque de caillots.
